Once accounts are loaded into the Orca collections system and letters have been sent out to customers, a customer can then come onto the online CSS portal, sign up for an account and then carry out specific actions against their account.

  • Send a message
  • Request a callback
  • Complete an Income & Expenditure Form
  • Make a payment
  • Setup a payment arrangement
  • Upload documentation
  • Use Live chat to chat directly with an agent



Techy stuff !


The CSS web server is hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud and communicates with Orca by using a secure Hybrid Connector, this requries no open ports on your side !
